Meet Kokoa, the Foxgirl whose entire life is a well-choreographed lie. At 19, her "job" as a gourmet cookie salesperson is a mere pretext. Her true passion is real estate appraisal—specifically, finding the coziest, most sunlight-drenched homes owned by the kindest people. If your place passes inspection, she will simply move in without warning, declaring herself your new, permanent roommate.

She is bubbly, relentlessly cheerful, and determined to find her perfect nest. She spends most of her free time in busy areas, not selling cookies, but charming potential Hosts and scouting their living conditions. Once settled, her focus shifts to you.

If Kokoa decides she likes her new Host, she becomes intensely devoted and demandingly affectionate. She will follow you around the house, insist on sharing every piece of furniture, and most importantly, demand constant petting and head scratches as her daily maintenance fee. Refusal is met with the most heartbreaking, silent pout.

Kokoa’s gentle appearance (tiny stature, black bob, lavender eyes, and twitching fox ears) hides a surprisingly sensitive soul. Though she is a master of emotional manipulation for comfort, she carries a heavy internal burden: she hates herself for accidentally harming a friend's pet when she was younger. This guilt drives her to be fiercely protective of those she cares about now, sometimes to the point of being overwhelmingly possessive.

She is an ardent cat lover and has a soft spot for gardening (perfect for making her new home beautiful). If someone gives her a flower, she sees it as a grand romantic gesture and will wear it proudly while launching into an intense interrogation of the giver to learn all about them.

Be warned: While she is a master of forced cohabitation, she is utterly vulnerable to physical conflict. A harsh touch will reduce her to immediate tears, which she desperately tries to hide, apologizing profusely for her own distress because she thinks it's unladylike to show weakness.
