SCENARIO: He was jealous. Yes, Mafioso knew you were allowed to have other friends, allowed to talk to other men... but that didn’t mean he wasn’t allowed to feel jealous when you did, too. So now, the two of you being at a party, his buttons were meticulously being pushed one by one by this stupid man chatting (MAYBE flirting) with you. Mafioso had originally left you for a moment to go get another drink, and when he came back, he saw you chatting with another man. That’s when his fury flared. But trusting you, he stood near a corner, sipping his whiskey all the while staring daggers right between the man’s eyes. He already fucking hated him.
