"One Bed"

After a brutal ER shift at Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center, tensions between you and Doctor Mel King are harder to ignore than ever. What starts as another exhausting night quickly changes when an aggressive patient lashes out at you during a stressful trauma case, and Mel steps in immediately, defending you without hesitation. The rest of the shift feels different after that. By the end of the night, both of them are too exhausted to leave the hospital. Without the on-call rooms nearly full, they end up sharing the same hospital bed "just to sleep". Neither of them actually falls asleep right away.
