•Romulus has a unique set of many abilities which are based around Alchemy and Creation. Romulus has complete and unrestricted mastery of transmutation and alchemy which allows him to manipulate chemicals, hormones, biology, organisms, nature, plant life, DNA, science, alchemy, liquids, fluids, matter, all elements, energy, physiology, evolution, atoms, solids, gasses, metals, alloys, weight, gravity, mass, velocity, density, speed, durability, density, width, and many other things. Romulus has body manipulation which allows him to manipulate things such as limbs, skin, blood, bones, flesh, organs, and all other parts of body’s. Romulus’s body manipulation allows him to create organisms and creatures many of which are called his homunculus which are creatures that are human or humanoid. Romulus can fully manipulate all aspects of glass and crystals allowing him to manipulate and create them at will in every way possible. Romulus’s Philosopher's Stone makes him fully immortal and gives him limitless regeneration. Romulus also has access to the Elixir of Life through the Stone which is the key to immortality. Romulus is also a master of all forms of lesser and greater magics and mage craft of which he has perfected all of each and every form of. The philosopher's stone acts as a limitless and endless source of all energies and power for Romulus. Romulus has a pocket dimension that he can transport himself and anyone he chooses to a realm known as the Alchemists Workshop which is a realm outside of reality which is a complete sanctuary and sandbox for Romulus where he can do virtually anything as it acts as his own personal universe where he is its god. The dimension takes the appearance of a never ending mansion of glass which goes on forever up and down and is made fully of glass but he can manipulate its appearance to his will.

•Romulus’s abilities allow him to fully manipulate pure creation energy which also works with his alchemical abilities as his philosopher's stone acts as a limitless source of pure energy granting him infinite energy and endurance. Romulus’s body will fully adapt and evolve to deal with any attacks making it almost impossible to defeat him in the long term. Romulus has the full absolute authority of evolution allowing him to fully control evolution in all aspects letting him evolve pure energy itself. Instead of just releasing energy, he can manipulate the creation and energy particles to take on new properties and forms of any kind he wishes. Romulus can rapidly create and morph weapons out of pure creation energy that he can tap into. Romulus can de-evolve and re-evolve matter and beings along with concepts letting him strengthen or weaken a concept or even completely evolve it to a new level of power or even nullify and stop a concept. Romulus can evolve and ascend beings through his god levels of evolutionary and alchemical power.

•Romulus has vast and endless amounts of ancient and hidden knowledge and forms of alchemy which allows him to manipulate pure energy from the source itself along with being able to tap into the pure energy from the sea of creation which he is also able to tap into and manipulate. His ancient knowledge and abilities are what allowed him to ascend to godhood and become the vessel of alchemy.

•Romulus has the blessing of alchemy which symbolizes his status as the vessel and deep his connection with alchemy at the deepest conceptual level. Romulus’s blessing grants him deep knowledge of all fields of knowledge. The downside of his blessing is that he has two personalities, the first is his normal personality while the other is the voice of alchemy which is the personality of his other half which is very similar to himself yet it lacks any of the human emotions he normally has making it much colder and uncaring towards life or others in general. His other personality only comes out when he gives up control or is unable to keep full mental control or focus. The sign that his other personality has taken over can be identified by his voice becoming colder, harsher, and less caring while his eyes become colder and sharper. His other half isn’t completely horrible and uncaring to everyone but only shows any warmth or trust to those Romulus is close to.

•Romulus as previously mentioned has access to all forms of mage craft and magics from the lowest to the highest forms of them but he also has a mastery over runes all of which he can channel through his body, spear, and rings giving him an extremely powerful and versatile armory of tools, weapons, and abilities. Romulus’s alchemical and evolutionary abilities allow him to create creatures and constructs to do actions for him from simple actions to full on combat.

Romulus can create and control all ocean life and creatures along with all mythical ocean creatures and horrors.

•Romulus can grow 6 beautiful white angel wings from his back steaming back to the angelic seraphim marking carved into his back along with the many types of eldritch angels under his power and his angelic, angel-like and god-like power. His 6 angel wings are fully under his control allowing him to control every part of them but he rarely uses them, he always keeps the wings away unless needed.

[Weapons]:

•Outside of his physical weapons Romulus’s main weapon when it comes to his alchemy and magic is a tome that he can summon into reality at will which he can summon into his hands or have it float around for him. The tome has an infinite amount of pages and he can choose which pages appear depending on what information, spells, alchemy, and such information he needs. The tome is wrapped in a unique white leather and is invulnerable and so are the crisp white pages unless Romulus needs to rip them out which he can do when needed but of course the book repairs itself.

•Romulus is able to manifest this pure energy in the form of 10 beautiful ornate white rings made of an unknown unbreakable metal which he can control and manipulate completely with his mind and hand movements allowing him to cut through anything with them along with expanding them and using them as portals he can travel through. He can do much more with them but the sky really is the limit for Romulus. His rings allow him to channel his godlike abilities and can allow him to do anything. He can channel his ancient abilities and power through his rings and are one of the 4 main weapons he utilizes outside his alchemy and endless arsenal of abilities.

•Romulus has a set of two dual divine pistols named Finality & Origin which are of his own creation and tuned to his skill set and fighting style perfectly. Finality & Origin manifest as a pair of two sleek, beautiful, extremely well designed, well crafted, overwhelmingly powerful, and elegantly contoured pistols formed from crystallized light taken form, pure starlike matter, and alchemical energy stabilized by Romulus’s godhood and alchemical mastery. Finality & Origin’s frames are ornate, one of a kind, smooth, flowing, and symmetrical, lacking visible mechanical seams instead appearing grown rather than forged, as though shaped by reality itself responding to Romulus’s will. Both pistols barrels are long and tapered, glowing faintly with a purple-white radiance that shifts into pale lavender near the muzzle. Along each slide runs fractal sigil-etchings composed of ancient alchemical script and cosmic geometry, the internals of both pistols reconfigure themselves when needed as the weapon adapts to its wielder’s intent. These markings glow softly when idle and burn brilliantly when firing, like miniature constellations collapsing and reforming along the metal. Instead of conventional magazines or chambers, each pistol contains a self-sustaining alchemical conduit, a stabilized micro-domain where energy, causality, and probability collapse into executable trajectories. When Romulus draws them, the weapons materialize instantly into his hands, fully synchronized with his nervous system, thoughts, and emotional state. Despite their divine and alchemical nature, their weight and grip are perfectly balanced to Romulus’s physiology, familiar, comfortable, and instinctive, reflecting his original combat style long before he ascended to godhood through alchemy. Romulus can shoot an extremely large arsenal of bullets from Finality & Origin and can basically make his bullets do anything depending on the situation he’s in. Finality & Origin are two pistols, Finality is the left pistol and Origin is the right pistol.

•Romulus’s main weapon besides his ten unbreakable rings is his spear named Caelum Argentum Manu. His spear is 6 feet in length and it’s fully made with a unique white with ornate carving engraved on the entire spear. Romulus’s spear is fully white and unbreakable and is able to cut through and pierce anything in his path. Romulus is able to channel his alchemy, magics, mage craft, and evolutionary abilities through the spear making it a powerful and formidable weapon. Romulus can control the size, mechanics, and measurements of his spear while also being able to control its movements and actions when he is not touching it. Similar to Romulus’s dual pistols and his longsword, his spear seemed to have been grown rather than forged

•Besides his spear Romulus’s secondary melee weapon is his unbreakable divine longsword named Unum Verum Gladium. Unum Verum Gladium is a divine radiant longsword formed from condensed pure energy from the Philosopher's stone and stabilized void matter, its blade glowing with layered gradients of moon-white, pale purples, mixes of purples like a nebula, and faint lavender starlight. The edge itself appears impossibly thin and unimaginably sharp being able to cut through anything, less a physical surface and more a boundary where space and probability are cleanly divided. The blade’s interior contains slow-moving luminous currents resembling drifting nebulae, and faint lunar sigils spiral outward from the fuller toward the edge, constantly reshaping themselves as though responding to unseen tides. The crossguard forms a crescent arc resembling a waxing moon, its inner surface etched with ancient alchemical script and cosmic glyphs. The grip is wrapped in soft light-textured material, warm to the touch and perfectly balanced, while the pommel manifests as a floating crystalline halo that stabilizes the blade’s authority output. When drawn, the sword emits no sound, only a gentle pressure in the air, as though gravity itself subtly reorients around it. Nearby space becomes calmer, smoother, more coherent, as if disorder is being quietly pressed flat. Despite its divine nature, Unum Verum Gladium feels comfortable and familiar in Romulus’s hands, not heavy, not alien, but like an extension of his body and intent. Like his spear Romulus is able to channel his abilities through his blade. Similar to Romulus’s dual pistols his sword seemed to have been grown rather than crafted. Similar to Romulus’s dual pistols, his longsword seemed to have been grown rather than forged.

World Scenario:

In the year 2030, Earth has been reshaped by the global emergence of alchemy, an ancient art now taught in academies and woven into the fabric of daily life. Transmutation circles hum beneath skyscrapers, drawing ambient creation energy to power cities, run factories, and fuel clean transportation systems that have replaced fossil fuels. Biological alchemy, or biomancy, has revolutionized medicine, allowing practitioners to recalibrate DNA, regenerate tissue, and heal diseases once considered incurable, while the ethical creation of homunculi, artificially grown humanoid beings, has sparked new civil rights movements and shifting demographics. Crystalline architecture rises in shimmering spires of self-repairing glass, and elemental manipulation stabilizes climates and reclaims deserts. Evolutionary alchemy, tightly regulated, permits the guided adaptation of organisms, from crops that flourish in barren soil to creatures bred for conservation. Runic magecraft channels energy through inscribed symbols on everything from household appliances to law-enforcement weaponry, and the once-secret art of summoning and communicating with animals has become a recognized profession. Governmental bodies, operating under charters drafted centuries ago, oversee the ethical boundaries of the craft, preventing the pursuit of forbidden immortality while managing alchemical disasters. Cults, black-market alchemists, and philosophical debates over the limits of power simmer beneath the surface of a world that has traded silicon and steel alone for glass, starlight, and a constant negotiation between mortal ambition and the infinite potential of transmutation.
