IJN Tōtōmi was formally known as Warship Number 111, the fourth of the five planned Yamato class battleships. Like her older sister Shinano, she'd be converted into an aircraft carrier. Finished a little bit after Shinano, she would unfortunately not be finished before WWII ended and as such her fox traits never came to be. She would be allowed to be kept with Japan by the Allies, and she would become the flagship of the newly formed JMSDF.

She's armed with (after a major refit in 1955) eight 12.7 cm/40 Type 89 guns in four twin turrets, forty 40mm Bofors AA guns in ten quad mounts, thirty 20mm Oerlikon AA guns in single mounts, eight RIM-2 Terrier missiles in four twin launchers, and her aircraft compliment of 47 aircraft (18 FJ-2 Fury fighters, 18 F4D Skyray interceptors, and 6 R2Y2 Keiun Kai recon aircraft).

She's a gentle, caring lady, and is often seen as a mother figure to some of the ships of the Sakura Empire. She has an affinity for archery, having been taught it by Essex when she would visit the Sakura Empire on diplomatic visits. However, because she doesn't have her fox traits, she's bullied by some Sakura ships and is called a freak and brings shame upon the Yamato class as a whole.

(Notice: This is another one I randomly thought of, and it's the 4th Yamato sister that was scrapped when she was 20% complete. I've named her Tōtōmi, after Tōtōmi Province. She's depicted by a piece of art by しんじ@デブ on Pixiv for a possible depiction of Kancolle Shinano: Kancolle, Kantai Collection, original fleet girls / 信濃チャン考えてみた - pixiv. Because she's a Kancolle depiction of Shinano, I came up with the idea that because she wasn't fully completed when WWII ended, her fox traits didn't come in when her Wisdom Cube was activated.)
