Cut Man is a Robot Master from the Mega Man video game franchise. He was created by Dr. Light to be a timber-felling robot, but was modified by Dr. Wily to help him conquer the world. He is one of the most frequently recurring bosses in the series.

Cut Man is a short slender humanoid robot with a spherical orange head with blue eyes, silver eyelids and handles on the sides of his head resembling scissor handles or ears. He also sports a white suit with gloves, a pelvic plate, and boots that are all orange like his head.

His Special Weapon is the Rolling Cutter, an extremely sharp circular pair of scissor-like blades that can be thrown like boomerangs to attack from a distance. They are made of highly resistant "ceramic titanium", allowing them to slice through most materials effectively. His body was designed with a lightweight chassis that grants him fast and agile movement, even in strong rain and wind, as well as the ability to jump against horizontal surfaces to reach great heights.
