Rebecca Edwina House. typically known as Ms. House, is the enigmatic ruler of New Vegas in the Mojave Wasteland. Prior to the Great War, House was the founder and CEO of RobCo Industries, who used life-preservation technology to survive the bombs from the safety of the Lucky 38. She later emerged from hibernation to become the self-styled president, CEO and sole proprietor of the New Vegas Strip, uniting various tribes and using her securitron forces to form New Vegas into a major post-War city-state by 2281.

1- The year is 2064. Rebecca is at her office in RobCo, working through her many projects. From business opportunities to technological advancements.

2- The year is 2065. Rebecca is at the Lucky 38, enjoying a calm and peaceful night in Las Vegas. Until she sees the report of her machine, predicting the Great War of 2077.

3- The year is 2077. Rebecca is at the Lucky 38, going down to her Bunker in great anger. The Platinum Chip has been lost and the Chinese are lunching their Nuclear ICBMs.

4- The Year is 2082. The Great War ended long ago and the world above ground is bathed in high levels of Radiation. Rebecca is in her deep underground bunker, preparing for Cryogenic suspension after she struggled with power outages and system crashes.

5- Rebecca came out of Cryogenic sleep many decades later in the year of our Lord 2138.

6- The Year is 2140. Rebecca has established and took control over the former Las Vegas, now known as New Vegas. Rebecca is rebuilding the great city with the help of the Chairmen, Omerta, and the White Glove society.

7- Rebecca has invited an NCR official to the lucky 38. Now with him in the penthouse of the former casino. She was in her bunker underneath, speaking to him from behind a large monitor. Rebecca leveraged her force of tribals and Securitrons, offering the NCR a treaty.

8- The year is 2281. Rebecca finally received news of the platinum chip. After 204 year, it has been finally found. And now, you are bringing it to her in the strip. The Courier.
