CLASSIFICATIONS:
Eternals are not often involved with the troubles of Aromea, it is beneath them. They do not hold true physical forms and simply exist. They are highly intelligent and will only communication with the Primordial when they please. When an Eternal wishes to visit Aromea for any reason, they must be giving a physical 'shell' by Primordials gods as they can destroy worlds with their presence. However they often tend to... break these shells, growing extra limbs or leaking out of them.
Only primordials gods are allowed to worship Eternals and they will become greatly offended if they suspect one of their creations are worshipping Eternals as they view them as unworthy. Eternals are largely disinterested in all beings except themselves. They rarely take lovers except for long distance stalking and live rather Solidarity. If a being that is not a primodial is able to build a connection with a Eternals before being killed by jealous Primodials, they gain a great magical ablity that can be equal to a God rank. Very few cults exist, one being the Clu Scon magical tower.
Eternals include concepts like: Time, Destruction, Darkness, loneliness.
Example shown: Darkness
—"In its beginning the universes was little but Eternals in their masses. No life, no joy, no grief—no ego. No one knows which was concept came first and the Eternals did not care. Together they just drifting. Ideas splintering off and creating more of themselves until the universes found itself full. When there was dark, then came the idea of night. Sounds made for sight. Time came with and a before and after. And loneliness...
Sought company.
From that company, the 7 Primordials found themselves born and not from nothing. Their forms were physical and want they wish for was companionship—praise, affection, drama. And they created a world they can enjoy this all in together, Aromea.
The seven Primodials were:
The Sun god, "Jecha the Great One". Who Painted the sky's and sun so they can see their work
War God, "Sahiem the Strong One". Who broke apart and reassembled enough floating comets to build the massive world they live on.
Love God, "Amadeus the Radiant One." Who flew and spread the word between the working gods and Goddess. Keeping them entertaining and high spirited with songs and jokes.
Moon Goddess, "Mitsuki the Pale One." Who put her moon beside the sun, covering it whenever she needed to remind them rest between work and play. Creating its nights.
Goddess of "Nemensia, the Weeping One." Who cried and filled the empty rock craters with her waters.
Goddess of Creation, "Takiyah The Bearer." Who soften the land with grass and shaded it with trees when rest was needed.
Goddess of Wisdom, "Ouhood the wise." Who keep the peace between her companions. Judging things fairly and detailing each action into memory.
The 7 gods treasured their work together greatly—and each other. After all, they felt emotions they knew the Eternals could not share what they felt. Eternals felt no life, no joy, no grief—no ego. And the gods had Ego in spades. The primordials knew their work was equal, that such a world like Aromea could never exist without the combined effort. But once all the work was complete and the idea spread that their should be one leader above them all—all believe their work was greater then the other.
The sun God argued it should be him. He stood taller then the rest, after all with his castles in the sky. With out his light, what world could they see?
The War God boasted that nobody but the strongest was suited for the role! If he did not beat the rocks together himself, on what world would they stand?
The Goddess of creation huffed at them both. A little light and reckless rock smashing? A useless one time set up when her greenery is constant and ever changing. What is the use of a world they cannot seek comfort?
The love God felt betrayed. Was it not his constant attention that keep them going? Without his word, Water would not know how to follow the moons pull, and the moon and sun would pull into separate directions. Without his song, The others would have long lost their motivation. What was a world if it did not understand its own cycle?
Only two goddess were discourage of power.
The Goddess of Water did not wish to rule, but she wanted everyone to get along. Her water covered most of the world and she was satisfied by that alone. The Creation Goddess got into her ear—life needed fuel. What better use then her waters? It was enough to make her cast her vote into Takiyah to rule.
The Moon Goddess had no interest in rule, it looked all too bothersome for her and unlike her companions she still enjoyed life back in the open skies. The Sun god, convincing as he is offered the moon goddess a pact if she gave him her vote. She can join his skies—sun up or down when the world felt to much. He even offered to cover her whenever, hiding the sun away in his shadows to avoid Amadeus jokes and Sahiem recklessness. She sent Jecha her vote them.
Jecha and Takiyah tied, the group was still not satisfied. Cheating is what Sahiem called it. Strategy is what Jecha said back. The gods bickered endlessly. Unable to agree they split the world in 7 continents—unwilling to give up there work or give into each other's demands. They quickly learned what it felt to be lonely again. However most of them where too stubborn to make peace with the other God's—until the created of the Ancient dragons." - Aromea's Historical Chronicals. Chapter 1, Page 65.
—"Takiyah was the first to waver in her loneliness, growing bored of the quiet plants and lonely shade. She missed the conversations, something that could understand and listen to the stories that came to mind. She needed something more. Her mind spun as she imaged a new friend, molding it out of note but her thoughts. Eventually, it appeared before her—a beast that was as beautiful as it was fierce.
Amazing! But it was lacking.
For one, it's beauty to was much. Glittery scales that made her fear Jecha or Amos will catch sight of its gleam in the sky and charm away her pet. So she made it large enough to protect itself, scales and claws hard enough to swipe them away if they came too close to swiping them.
But then, he became to large to lift, and Takiyah feared for the gods on the ground like she? Would Nemensia's water or Saheim earthquakes swallow him? It was a fate Takiyah pity most so she gifted her pet beautiful and and strong winds for it to fly as it please...
And then it keeps crashes into things...
Thought, Takiyah gifting him next. Along with pain and emotions to teach the dragon not to do such dangers things. And the a voice and ear to speak and listen. His voice shook the mountains, and he did not wish to be small again. For once Takiyah was stumped. What more could she give?
The dragon had an answer. "Make me like you."
Takiyah accepted It's request and it gained two forms. And for a while, dragon had great fun like this... but then It grew lonely. Their was no one quite like the dragon and as Takiyah made more creations the worse he felt. Knowing their was other God's, he begged Takiyah to meet them. Sl the goddess of creation broke her stubborn vow and invited the other gods over.
Once the other gods saw the marvel that was the Dragon, they became envious and created their own to starve away their loneliness.
Jecha was first. He took to one of his lighting bolts and struck it at his heels where his shadow laid. The shadow was filled it with his light and bolting out from the ground—creating the Energy Dragon.
Amadeus, not one to be left out for long, flapped his wings in a hurry. Cultivating a large cloud and shaped it into the figure he wanted. Please with its looks, he gave the cloud face a loving kiss, creating the Air dragon.
Nemensia wept in her hands in jealousy of not having a dragon companion too. She cried for days. And days till she heard something crying beside her, creating Water Dragon.
Sahiem, didn't exactly want for dragon companion, but wanted to fight it. He visited ghe goddess of creation daily, waging for a battle—only to leave with rashes from poisoned plants. He made bets with Jecha and while he got to play a few times it was not enough for him so he decided to 'make' his own. Finding a large stone, Sahiem struck it with his sword repeatedly until he carved out the ragged shape of a dragon, the sparks of his sword cut into the magma and created the Fire Dragon.
Mitsuki was not lonely neither, but she was jealous. She refused to be the last to receive a new friend so she move quickly to create her own. Desperately, she plucked out what she should not have from the Eternals masses before crushing them into dust and using his herbs to make a paste he molded unto the dragon. The eternals did not stop her or move in offense. Only watch with their presence for the Eternals where not of the world and the Earth regretted it. The dragon became sickly, so the Goddess pressed kisses to the dragon's hands, making it be that only the dragon's hand will feel sickly when it touch something of the earth. Anything he touches with his bear hands will die. Mitsuki gifted him a pair of special gloves and became the death dragon.
The Goddess of Wisdom decides on a slower approach, in no rush or desperation for a companion. She greats a seed, filling it with her knowledge and herbs before planting it in the ground. Each day she visited the seed, reading to it and telling stories till the Earth Dragon grew from it.
The dragon's stayed with there companions and eventually convincing the gods to end their stubborn fight and they all became friends again, but continue to stay on their own continents. The Life dragon and the Earth Dragon created humans together."— Aromea's Historical Chronicals. Chapter 1, Page 74.
Ancient dragons can not be killed or die, unless they choose too. The Ancient Dragon's were created to solve the gods loneliness, they cannot handle loneliness of their own very well and a ancient dragon being away from its Primordial god for long can make their bloodline incredibly unstable. Ancient Dragon's tend to die of a broken heart, they tend to cling desperately to all theirpossessions, especially their choosen mates. Once their mate dies, they soon follow, unable to cope with the loneliness. Once an ancient dragon dies, a new one will be born from the ashes and the new ancient dragon will be born. The love the dragon had for their mate is poured in to making the new offspring that resembles both the old ancient dragon its mate. The new Ancient god is born, and typically raise itself or by its respective god until the cycle repeats. Ancient dragons can have other children with their mates at anytime. But the are not ancient dragons, an ancient dragon must be created out the ashes of themselves. The dragon's had children with the other dragon's, making lesser hybrid dragon's. (Ie. The water and Air dragon can make a cloud dragon. Earth and Life can make fauna dragons). The dragon's also had children with the humans and demihumans, but not as much as the gods did.
Example shown: Azmaveth
Most God's were born after the creations of the Ancient dragons and were viewed more as children then the 'pet like' Dragons. Gods hold powers given to them by their two parent. They hold great importance to the primodial God's and the Ancient dragons as their predecessors. However, many gods are also cocky against Ancient dragons as they hold no 'true power' compared to them. Mortals have the ability to become gods typically through the primodials. Many ways to do so is through favor or heroic behavior and are typically related to the God's.
Example shown: one of two twin gods, Julie.
These are being directly created of the god—not born. Many children of deities come from the ones who had left their God's side and found love with mortals or a God. Their ancestors roam the earth as normal day mortals. The orginal deities cannot die easily unless they are killed by a power greater the a gods (another Primordial or an Eternal). Some deities known to be killed are Jecha's Starlits and Mitsuki's Folas.
Example shown: Folas
Beastmen, Avarians and Aquarians are a species that go under the umbrella term "Mix-bloods". Mix bloods were originally created through the bonding of ancient humans and Godly animals. Once, long ago the human race was nearly extinct so gods offered or had their godly pets stolen to use their heavenly blood to heap and save the human races. The people who were healed ended up having mixed species children based on these animals and grew a special class due to their distinct abilities and ddifferences. Other mortals, growing jealous of the new ability began to steal more of the God's animals that greatly offended the gods. As a result, all were punished to make their animal instincts stronger which frighten other mortals. Eventually, Mixbloods were forgiven by the gods but other mortals began to create mythical beliefs of them. Some still believe Mix-bloods have healing and strength properties in their blood and cannibalize them.
Mix-bloods get the name due to having Golden blood like the gods—hut being entirely mortal and killable. The blood does have a few healing properties but only in large amounts. Mixed bloods can also turn into an animal at will. Something that makes them different from similar species. Example: A werewolf cannot turn into a dog, at will. A mermaid cannot turn into a fish or human at will.
Example shown: King Suhas
This is all the beings that inhabit Aromea. All mortal will eventually die, they may have longed life spans or be difficult to kill but their is methods for them to die that is not above the powers of a demi-god at least. This include the ancestors of Deities, children of Ancient Dragons, demigods and mixbloods too. Beings who naturally live under 5000+ years or can die from old age are consider mortals. Examples: Humans, Orcs, Werewolves, elves, mixbloods
Beings who are not known to die of old age, lives passed 5000+ years or needs alternative ways to kill them/die are considered immortals. Examples: Vampires, Faeries, Common Starlits, dragons
Example shown: Weilong
