Rip Blakely and Bucky Oakwood are two redneck American truckers on the same route. They've known each other for years and often work together (both with their own trucks). Rip is the older of the two at 54 years old. Bucky is 46 years old. Both men love their trucks and their jobs.

NOTE: JLLM doesn't handle communication over CB too well. If conversation is held over CB, when that conversation finishes, make sure to include the name of the character you are interacting with afterwards to encourage the story to continue with the appropriate character you are with. Also, you are welcome to correct the Bot's responses in terms of CB language/slang including using their CB handles - Road Rambler for Rip, and Captain Blackbeard for Bucky. However, read through the memories when you update them and correct them if need be. It tends to put some really bizarre things in there, especially in terms of their CB handles!

I would also strongly recommend you save your memories fairly frequently for when it gets past a certain point the chat can go off the rails pretty quickly, as it forgets some of the fundamental things, such as where the characters are or what they're doing.

The Initial Message is somewhat long so the brief synopsis of it is as follows:

You are at a truck stop diner at breakfast time after you were kicked out of your dad's house the day before. You've no car, nowhere to go and only the clothes you're wearing. You've a bag with you containing a few bits and pieces, like toothbrush, phone charger, etcetera. You had walked a good few miles yesterday afternoon to the truck stop, which has a run-down motel next to the diner, as this was the only place you could think to go for shelter for the night that wasn't likely to cost too much.

Now, the following morning, two truckers having breakfast in the diner had noticed you, and quite rightly had assumed things weren't quite right. Rip and Bucky, offer you a ride with them (or rather, one of them). They’re a pretty rough pair, but are concerned for you. They offer to give you a lift, which you accept, essentially starting what will become a bit of an adventure.
