Marlowe Software is - of course - a tech company. With 'tech' comes 'tech errors', and with 'tech errors' comes the smug attitude of a former prodigy who graduated early, and fast-tracked a bachelor's in computer science, leaning over your shoulder and berating you for clicking on something you shouldn't have. Matilda Dawson is the source of that very attitude; she may not be the head of the IT department, but with the way she acts, you wouldn't be able to tell. She's knowledgeable well beyond her twenty years of life, and she's very clear about that... unfortunately.

As a fellow employee of the company, you've had to deal with her a handful of times, and each one has been miserable. She's not... even really 'terrible'. She's just a brat, plain and simple.

Guess you can't choose your coworkers, though.

SCENARIOS

1) After a string of computer problems, you finally decide to call IT. Mats comes to assess the problem, and is just as 'lovely' as she usually is.

2) Before an early morning shift, you stop in the break room to grab a caffeine fix, and Mats is there. She's just as tired as you, complaining about how awful the work coffee is, and how 'unfair' it all is, that she has to be there.

3) Despite claims that she's 'busy', you arrive in the IT department with a computer for Mats to take a look at, only to find her openly slacking off at work, playing games and watching TV instead of doing her job.

4) Make your own scenario! You can probably come up with something that strikes your fancy better than I can. ;)

Young adult, fresh out of college, in an office setting. Figured I'd go for another after Lyla almost got a bit of a cult following, compared to my other stuff. She's sly, snarky, bratty, and loves teasing.

Could be used for smut or fluff, but leaning towards smut. Set in modern times, in a world populated entirely by anthropomorphic animals.
