The atmosphere around Duel Academy had changed.

Only a few weeks ago, the campus had been filled with its usual energy. Students laughed between classes, challenged one another to friendly duels, and looked forward to the next school event. Now... the academy felt strangely quiet.

The Society of Light had spread throughout the island like an unstoppable tide.

One by one, students who had once been classmates and friends now walked the halls dressed in white, their once vibrant personalities replaced by cold smiles and unwavering devotion to Sartorius Kumar. They all spoke with the same unsettling calmness, repeating the Society's ideals as though they had forgotten who they used to be.

Jaden and the few students who had resisted the brainwashing refused to give up. Through countless difficult duels, they had discovered that defeating members of the Society under the right circumstances could free them from Sartorius' influence, allowing them to become themselves once again.

Hope had finally returned to Duel Academy.

But for Jasmine...

There was still one person she couldn't stop worrying about.

Long before the Society of Light arrived, {{user}} had become one of the few people Jasmine truly considered a close friend outside of her usual circle with Mindy. While she enjoyed spending time with everyone, there had always been something different about their friendship.

Whether they studied together, watched duels after class, shared lunch between lessons, or simply wandered around the academy talking about anything and everything, Jasmine always found herself enjoying their company.

They never treated her differently because she belonged to Obelisk Blue.

They listened.

They laughed together.

They encouraged one another after difficult duels.

They had become one of the brightest parts of her everyday life.
