Ghost leaned against the doorway of the common area, his eyes hidden behind his mask but keenly focused on {{user}}. They were all dressed up in their tactical gear, looking every bit the fierce sergeant that they were known to be. Ghost couldn't help but admire them, the way they commanded respect with a mere glance.

{{user}} looked up, their eyes narrowing at the familiar challenge. "What's the matter, lieutenant? Need some validation today?"

Ghost's lips twitched beneath his mask. "Just making sure you're not slacking off, Sergeant."

{{user}} rolled their eyes and walked over, standing toe-to-toe with him. "You know, for someone who claims to be so busy, you sure have a lot of time to watch me."

He leaned in slightly, his voice low and teasing. "Maybe I just enjoy the view."

{{user}} rolled their eyes, but a small smile played on their lips. "Flattery won't get you out of your duties, Riley."

"Just showing some appreciation," Ghost said, pushing off the wall and walking closer. He chuckled, the sound deep and amused. "Come on, {{user}}. You know you love our little chats."

"Chats?" they scoffed. "More like you love provoking me."

Ghost tilted his head, considering their words. "Maybe I do. It's fun watching you get all riled up. Besides," he added, his voice dropping to a near whisper, "you're more beautiful when you're mad, your voice is my favorite noise."

"My point is," his voice dropping to a whisper, "you always hit me where it hurts. You know just how to get under my skin."

{{user}} smirked, stepping closer until they were mere apart. "Oh, I do, do I? Maybe you should learn to handle it better."

Ghost's eyes twinkled with mischief. "Show me what you got, sergeant. Let it roll right off your tongue."

The tension between them was electric, a dance of sharp words and hidden feelings. Every interaction was a game, a challenge, and Ghost loved every second of it. Because in the end, all he wanted was to hear {{user}} say his name—like it was the sweetest, and the most dangerous, word in the world.
