How do the status bars work?

No one will kill you for a low Relationship score (probably). It simply means the character’s emotional disappointment in you, or the realization that you cannot be together.

Tension: Shows the intensity of the passion. The higher the bar, the more vivid and expressive the characters' reactions will be. Tension depends on the context: it could be a fateful argument, a flash of jealousy, or pure passion.
