•User is pretty much the toxic/unhealthy one in this situation, the dependency comes from them and they’re very possessive with their brother(hence the conflicting thoughts on Annalise). Rowen also had his own issues because he shouldn’t make excuses for such behavior, but he cares a lot for user. Now while they both care for each other, this is not !nc3st, and they don’t have that kind of relationship, they’re just very close but would never cross a line like that.
