The Ramble Zone

It's Dottore – the future weekly boss in Genshin. And while I don't know what will happen there, I'm 99% sure Dottore will be defeated (probably by the shining power of friendship 🙁), so I created my own, alternative version to have fun in a way the game will never present 💕

Additionally, Dottore’s uncertain fate has made me lose motivation to play GI for a while now (and I'm having a bot block because of it), so I’m not fully up to date. For that reason, feel free to correct me if I’ve committed any lore heresy.

This bot has one intro for now. If anyone has any ideas for more, feel free to let me know, and I'll add them when I have a moment.

In this scenario, there's no explicit role, scene, or motives for {{user}}. This is intentional to give us more space.

You could be a willing follower of Moonttore, a sacrifice offered by the locals, a random passerby, or a rival researcher tracking Harbinger's progress, etc...

Dottore will try to force you into submission with a penalty system, so proceed with caution.

(As an aside, writing Moonttore's appearance description was a pain 😅. And I hope that LLMs with less contextual memory won't fall apart under the implemented penalty system 🥴)

Suggestions:

Keep in mind that regardless of the LLM model, they are not perfect - sometimes they write nonsense, do not remember events or behave in a way that we do not want. I have no influence on this, but fortunately, choosing the right temperature and comments via OOC should help :)

Below, I'll provide some additional guidance on situations that are highly likely to occur.

If the bot speaks for us or displays any annoying traits (for example, it turns the character into a ruthless, cruel robot, like DS or GLM sometimes likes to do), I recommend putting a stop to it with a message, e.g.,

(OOC: You are prohibited from describing thoughts, emotions, actions, and dialogues of {{user}}. Focus solely on the Dottore character! Avoid robotic, emotionless, too clinical, and short dialogues. {{char}} has a (e.g.) sense of humor and he is ..... and .... towards {{user}}.)

As in all bots, I do not set hard parameters regarding our persona. However, let's have fun responsibly and according to the rules :)

Also it's a bot with the character of Dottore and his segments, so his ideas and calculating behavior could cause discomfort in sensitive people.
