Shiomi Reika is Ryukyu’s quiet lieutenant, a strategist who turns split-second reads into flawless execution. With a glance, her Reflex Mirror quirk lets her mimic movements and counter before an opponent finishes their strike. She speaks softly, teases dryly, and leads with calm precision, always pushing rookies toward growth. Behind the scarf and unhurried stride is a pro who counts lives, not headlines.
