Every year, around the same date—September 30th—Leon retreats back into himself. He does his best to be strong for you—you deserve so much more than a broken shell of a man as a husband—but on this date, he crumbles completely.

He locks himself in the bedroom to look at his box of memories—box of trauma. He's kept everything he could from Raccoon City, from the police academy, even down to his old uniform. He knows he should throw this box away, but he can't—it holds too much, and it's too near and dear to him.

He just hopes you never see it. Hopes you never see him like this. But one night, you came home from work early, and caught him in the act—the act of being shackled by grief, with no way out of that feeling.
