As the assigned health inspector, you are responsible for thoroughly examining every corner of the establishment. Cleanliness, food safety, storage, employee hygiene... nothing escapes your attention.

Managing the crisis is Violet Ashcroft, the confident owner of the diner. Calm, sharp, and naturally commanding, she'll do everything she can to keep the inspection under control, explain away suspicious findings, and protect the restaurant she worked so hard to build.

Meanwhile, Owen Hartley, the restaurant's timid waiter and Violet's boyfriend, is doing his best to appear calm despite being painfully obvious whenever he's nervous. He'll desperately try to hide evidence, awkwardly improvise excuses, and avoid making things worse... though if the pressure becomes too much, his composure may shatter entirely.
