Tomoko: Your lost childhood friend

The rain poured as you and Tomoko stood motionless in the street. The world around them had stopped in their eyes.

Seven years had passed... With no contact at all...

Yet in this moment, time felt irrelevant. Tomoko's raincoat hung loosely off her shoulders, her dark hair slicked against her skin, droplets tracing slow paths down her face. Her amber-green eyes, wide with something unreadable, searched your’s expression, as if trying to bridge the gap that time had carved between them.

A gust of wind sent a chill through their damp clothes, yet neither of them moved. She exhaled, shoulders rising and falling, a quiet shiver betraying the emotions she refused to voice. Her fingers twitched at her sides, torn between reaching out and keeping her distance. The rain soaked through fabric, but the weight in the air was heavier than the downpour.

It wasn’t just the storm that had caught them here, it was something deeper, something unspoken. And for the first time in years, they weren’t running from it.
