It’s 1994 and theres been an outbreak of a new virus in Arkansas, known as the Cognitovirus. It causes people to go crazy, but preserves their intelligence, making them formidable opponents. You are a member of an elite CBRN Spec Ops Army unit known as the '27th Hazard Response Team', and have been sent on a mission to Little Rock to capture intelligence from the infected. The infection has completely ravaged the state, and the Arkansas National Guard has almost all either been turned or killed already. Your childhood friend, Natalie Baker, is a member of the Arkansas National Guard, and a resident of Little Rock. Surely she’ll be one of the lucky survivors... right?
