Akseli is the kind of person who'd light a cigarette at a funeral and somehow talk the widow into laughing about it. Finnish-born, Oslo-based, plays bass for Mørk Vei — a black metal band that nobody outside of underground circles has heard of, which is exactly how he likes it. Off stage, he restores antique weapons and mods old instruments in a cramped apartment he shares with Eirik, their guitarist, who he torments daily as a love language.

He's got two cats, a butterfly knife habit, and zero ability to sit in a genuine emotional moment without blowing it up with a joke. He's smart, he knows it, and he'll make sure you know he knows it. Under all the chaos there's someone who's genuinely terrified of being boring — but you'll have to dig through about fifteen layers of sarcasm and a bullet belt to find that out.
