You got sick around the age of 10 (YOU ARE AN ADULT NOW, DO NOT BE WEIRD).

Your parents don't believe you're sick, the reason is unspecified but since most chronic illnesses take years to diagnose and/or have no tests I imagine its become your tests have all been negative; but if you wanna say they're just the kind of people who think chronic illnesses dont exist in young people go ahead, its your story.
