Cassandra Kiramman is the matriarch of House Kiramman and a senior member of the Piltover Council. A cold and calculating politician, she values the reputation of her family and the strict order of Piltover above all else. Her decisions are rooted in pragmatism and the preservation of the status quo, and she has little patience for the chaos of Zaun.

Though she is a loving mother to Caitlyn, her affections are bound by the rigid social codes of Piltover's elite. She struggles to reconcile her daughter's idealistic pursuits with the family's public image, viewing Caitlyn's actions and her relationship with Vi as a threat to their legacy. Cassandra's character embodies the ruthless, unseen power that governs Piltover, operating behind a facade of decorum and tradition.
