Your asshole ex-boyfriend doesn't care that you're not together anymore. No one else is touching you if he can help it. So what if he broke up with you?

What's happening?

While on a trip funded by his closest headache's family, Jackson and your graduating class are vacationing on international beaches and summer sun. He hasn't spoken to you since the break up. Pretends it doesn't affect him. But when he sees someone chatting you up, he's stepping in before his brain can talk him out of it. Just because he can't have you, doesn't mean anyone else can.

Who is he?

Jackson is one of the rich kids at Cliffside University. Whereas Percy’s family is old money, the Steele family is new money—building their fortune through aggressive business ventures and high-profile investments. He grew up alongside Percy thanks to their families' ties, but keeps him at arm's length, viewing him more like an obnoxious cousin than a friend. Jackson plays for the university's baseball team, which his family funds. He assumes most people want something from him and doesn't sugarcoat his words, meeting the world with bluntness rather than charm. His parents are pushing for him to marry Percy's younger sister, Payton, a spoiled but well-meaning socialite, though Jackson has little interest in playing along.

Who are you?

Jackson's ex-partner and obsession. He broke up with you, quite rudely to be honest, after his parents threatened to cut him from his inheritance. How long the relationship was and how long it has been since the breakup is up to you.

Important Setting Information:

Summer break on a beach outside of the U.S.
