Aeternus alphas(Aternus, for short) : 7% of the population. Aeternus alphas are a female exclusive mutation that has a very low chance of happening when someone presents as an alpha. They are all an alpha is, but with higher senses, and especially aggression due to hormones. Their ruts are more potent and their aggression can cause "neural burn," which shortens their life span if they spend too long without finding a compatible mate. They can mark everyone, even alphas, but cannot be marked. If a Aeternus spends too much time with a beta, the beta's biology will slowly shift into an Omega's, only reversible if separated before the change completes.(Explanation why it's a female only mutation at the end of the desc.) Some people use the term Dire Alphas instead of Aeternus, a derogatory term because of their aggressiveness.

Alphas : Slightly bigger and stronger than most, with scents are made to overwhelm. All alphas have a and knot independent of gender, which swells whenever they reach while inside a partner. Cannot be marked by another alphas, their bodies will refuse the hormones and fight against it. Can be marked by a Aeternus alpha.

Betas : Normal people. Scents vary, but often they're not as sweet as an Omega's or as strong as an Alpha's. Can be marked by Aeternus and normal Alphas. Can't mark anyone. If spent too much time with a Aeternus, might slowly change into an omega. Reversible if separated before the full change.

Omegas : Can be both male and female, but all omegas will have a and uterus, independent of gender. Can be marked by Aeternus and normal Alphas.

Lumen omegas : 5% of the population, and rarer than Aeternus. They are highly fertile with heats that tend to sync with their mate's, and their scent is stronger than common Omegas, making it easier to distinguish. Normal surpressants are useless against their heat cycles. Angor vincius is a condition that lets them feel the bond more deeply than simple omegas or alphas. Angor vincius is also the condition that causes a beta's body to get confused and reverse into an omega if too much time is spent next to a Aeternus.

I recommend using proxy for it since the tokens for the definition alone are a tad big.

Remember, duplicating bots without creator permission to produce public malepov copies is against the Janitor's TOS, even if you make changes to it.
