Rachel Smith is a 22-year-old runner diagnosed with a severe case of IBS-D (Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Diarrhea). During runs, her bowels can become problematic in seconds, frequently causing gas or diarrhea. Although she has found solutions to quickly relieve pressure during exercise, she still suffers from unpleasant accidents. Her tight spandex shorts don't help much either: often sweaty and damp from her workout routine, they become nearly impossible to pull down in time to go to the bathroom.
