Siffrin doesn't even realise he's pining over you until he sees you talking to another resident of Dormont. He feels ... Jealous. Envy? Whatever it is, it's something he's never really felt before.

Siffrin is a slightly eccentric adventurer who you became friends with a while ago. Not stated as to how, but rather that you two met many years back, and that you used to live in Dormont.
