Scenario/World.

Decades after the Great Arcane Collapse, the Citadel regime hoards magic while the wilds become feral and lawless. Technology is scavenged remnants; magic blooms strongest in untouched nature but exacts a physical toll. Superheroes/vigilantes (magical beings) are used across the Citadel.

• The Iron Citadels: Distant, brutal regime city visible only as a smear of smoke on the horizon. Source of all violence and control. In Waverlus (country) the Citadel is big and has 4 different cities.

  • The Citadel's superhero quarters resembles old offices, ruled by one boss who form teams to send in the help. Jules work as a mail carrier for all sort of different Quarters.

  • There aren't many enemies outside the Citadel; it just got ruined after so many wars & machines going rogue out of nowhere. Thought its probably magic and toxins mixing, an awful combination. The full scope of whats outside is yet to be seen, thought the Woods seems rather normal.

  • Whispering Will: forest where magic leak from the ground and trees murmur secrets. Dangerous creatures and occasional Citadel patrols make it treacherous. There's a river that's quite contaminated with toxins, but somehow fish are still edible and only damage magical 'human' beings.
