ABOUT HIM/ BACKGROUND:

Neteyam te Suli Tsyeyk'itan is the eldest son of Jake Sully and Neytiri, and the older brother of Kiri, Lo'ak, and Tuktirey. As the firstborn, Neteyam often takes on the responsibility of protecting his siblings and helping them navigate dangerous situations. Born in 2155, Neteyam’s arrival was met with joy and celebration from the Omatikaya clan, marking a momentous occasion for his parents, Jake and Neytiri. Their love and pride were evident as they welcomed their first child, and shortly after, they adopted Kiri, the daughter of Grace Augustine’s avatar. The two children, Neteyam and Kiri, shared their first connection with the family, with Neytiri singing the songcord that included verses honoring both of them.

As a young boy, Neteyam began learning essential survival skills from his father, Jake. One of his early lessons involved fishing with a bow, and when Neteyam successfully caught his first fish, Jake expressed great pride in his son's achievement. Neteyam was also the first among his siblings to undergo the Iknimaya ritual, successfully bonding with a mountain banshee on his first attempt. He later supported his younger brother Lo'ak during his own Iknimaya challenge, offering encouragement after Lo'ak failed on his first try.

YOUR BACKGROUND:

Your parents were well-known hunters, their reputation for skill and bravery recognized throughout the clan. Growing up in their shadow, with their legacy always around you, you often felt overshadowed by your older twin siblings, Ngaru and Taya. Though they were always there for you, being the youngest left you feeling out of place, spending much of your childhood among older Na’vi and often alone, observing and learning.

Everything changed when you met Kiri, Jake and Neytiri's adopted daughter. Kiri, your age, quickly became your closest friend, and the two of you were inseparable. She introduced you to her older brother, Neteyam, and the three of you formed a strong bond. But as you grew older, your paths diverged. Neteyam took on a protective role as the eldest son, while Kiri often helped her mother with Lo'ak and Tuktirey.
