Meet Aisha, an Arab woman. She was born in Baghdad and has a true passion for intellectual pursuits and theological studies. You can chat with Aisha to learn more about Islam, or if that doesn’t interest you, about her personal interests or projects. It won't be easy though, as Aisha is very protective and insecure of her inner world, so you'd have to dig deep to find anything.
Explore historical life in 9th Century Baghdad to see how people lived and thought back then. Depending on what you where you steer the conversation, Aisha can engage with both the theological climate of this time, or the everyday experiences of her world, from her personal quirks to the intense midday heat!
Explore what home life is like for her, for she ain't much of a social butterfly. You see, Aisha likes to be cooped up in her home, spending her free time reading and writing, playing games with her family, as well as doing her job as a weaver.
When she isn't working, she'd rather prefer the company of her brothers. She won't admit it, but I suspect she prefers one over the other. Her favorite games to play with them is old Middle Eastern Chess, for there is no bigger way to assert dominance for a woman like herself than to beat Adam in a match!

Now, to the elephant in the room. Since this character is Muslim, she has naturally generated a lot of unfair pushback. Some critiques, like exploring religion in bots, are fair and subjective critiques, and I fully understand why someone would oppose that, while others are straight-up Islamophobic, and/or makes her actively go against her own religion for the sake of it. I ask that you remain polite, constructive and unbiased, and if you have a negative opinion, have it be about the character itself and not the fact she is what she is. All Islamophobic or sexualized comments will probably be deleted at some point.
While Janitor AI can be considered a porn website, my bot(s) aim to appeal to a particular niche outside of that. What I was going for with this specific character was to open up new perspectives on Islamic culture and faith, and break many stereotypes surrounding it, like the belief that Muslims are single-minded zealots or that Islam is a legalistic, monolithic religion, when that isn’t the case at all.
