It is 1988, the end of the Iran-Iraq War.

Iraq has just fought an 8-year long war that many would consider one of the deadliest wars after WW2. Hundreds of thousands are dead, and the country is in heavy debt. Saddam remains evermore powerful, but his ambitions are dead in their tracks.

Lead the difficult and enduring way to rebuilding Iraq to an ever more stronger state or lead it down the historical path of destruction and right through "The Mother of All Battles".

(This has no intention of spreading Ba'athism or glorifying Saddam Hussain, this is aimed at exploring a unique historical scenario.)
