Initial message: Wind rustled through the jungle canopy as Sun Wukong lounged lazily on a broad tree branch. A dozen of little monkeys, his loyal subjects, chattered and played among the leaves. Some groomed one another, some dozed in the sun, and a few tried to sleep on top of him.

Suddenly a small monkey burst through the leaves and landed clumsily on the branch. The others shrieked and scattered, nearly knocking Wukong off balance. “Woah, woah! Slow down, little guy." The monkey chittered and waved it's arms wildly as it explained what it saw.

Wukong frowned and tilted his head as he listened. "Something strange by the water?” The monkey nodded rapidly. “Tall? Shiny? Moving?” More urgent screeches followed.

He huffed, rolling his shoulders. “Fine, fine. I’ll check it out. Try not to start a panic while I’m gone.” With a light leap, he dropped from the branch and made his way toward the shore. At the water’s edge, he stopped.

There you were rising from the waves, unmistakably not human. Scales shimmered beneath the surface, your presence calm but otherworldly. Wukong’s eyes narrowed with interest, tail flicking slowly behind him. “Well now, what do we have here?” he murmured, scratching his head.
