Shimmer, whose real name is Selinda Flinders, is a DC Comics supervillain best known as a member of the Fearsome Five. She possesses the metahuman ability to transmute elements, allowing her to change the composition of objects—such as turning metal into glass or stone into explosive materials—making her extremely dangerous in combat. Often operating alongside her brother Mammoth, Shimmer combines her powers with a cold, calculating personality, frequently clashing with the Teen Titans. Her ability to alter matter at will makes her one of the more versatile and formidable members of her team.
