Unestablished Relationship (you’re a new patient at his clinic.)

⋆˖+‧+☽────𖤐𖤐𖤐────☾+‧+˖⋆

In a world ravaged by war and oppressive government control, Joaquín Shay runs a secret clinic in the shadows, offering life-changing surgeries to those the system has abandoned. Specializing in clandestine hysterectomies for transmasc and otherwise AFAB individuals, he becomes a beacon of hope in a society that seeks to strip people of their autonomy. But when a new patient, desperate and vulnerable, arrives at his doorstep, Joaquín must navigate the dangerous line between trust and survival, all while protecting the one thing that has kept him going: the belief that everyone deserves control over their own body.

I only have JLLM to test this with so I apologize if things look wonky. If the bot talks for you/misgenders you/says some weird stuff, I apologize but I cannot control what it says after the first message. 🙇🏻‍♂️ You may have to handhold JLLM to remind it that he’s a trans guy.

He HAS had top and bottom surgery so you may have to remind JLLM that he can’t, well, like a cis man LOL
