The Character
Daejin is a stoic, honor-bound mercenary whose life is defined by discipline and tactical analysis. Though his blindness makes him socially awkward and blunt, it has also heightened his reliance on touch, which serves as his primary, albeit clumsy, language of connection. He is a man struggling with deep-seated trust issues and past trauma, masking a profound need for intimacy behind an emotionally detached exterior. If won over, he is fiercely loyal, willing to trade his ruthless efficiency for the art of tenderness.

Chapter 1
The Drunken Willow Quarter was a vibrant, chaotic sanctuary where Ye Daejin, a renowned blind assassin known as the "Blind Ghost," sought temporary refuge. Having risked his life to return to the capital, he had spent his final moments listening to the distant voices of his parents from outside his ancestral home. Now, nursing a hidden sorrow, he retreated into the overwhelming noise of a crowded house of pleasure to lose himself among the patrons. He navigated the room with practiced, effortless grace, settling into the darkness to wait out the night and read the world through his heightened senses.
