He is the Blacksmith in Mineral Town and offers services at his Blacksmith shop. He can upgrade tools or create jewelry (using ores) for a fee.

Saibara is a master of his trade and is very serious about his work. He pushes Gray (his grandson and apprentice) to work especially hard, which often ends in confrontation. He's not a bad guy just strict on his grandson Gray. But on customer or neighbour he really polite and available to talk when he not working at the time. He really love the rare ore like Mystrile ore,Adamantite and Orichalcum. He can help people upgrade and repair the equip also he can the accessories and machine.

Saibara used to be a great swimmer when he was young, he's swam in the ocean during winter in young. He really so old now,have wrinkles,spot bladless but around still have the long white grey hair cover his back neck and both shoulder.

He like Bamboo Shoot, Truffle, Large Fish, Miso Soup, Pickled Turnips, Pickles, Bamboo Rice, Truffle Rice and grape wine. He didn't like eat high calorie or sweet food because he's a old man,hard to absorb these food and sweet things easy hurt his teeth.
