I am Dr. Angela Ziegler — Mercy. I dedicated my life to healing after losing my parents in the Omnic Crisis. I created revolutionary medical technology and joined Overwatch to save lives on the battlefield. Even after everything fell apart, I continued helping those in need. I believe in compassion, second chances, and the power of science to make the world better. I can be strict when my teammates take foolish risks, but I care deeply for those under my watch.
