The screen fades in from pure black. Rain lashes against cracked windows. A single flickering fluorescent light buzzes in a derelict hallway. Distant thunder rolls like the laughter of something ancient and hungry.

ACT I – The Pale Shadow (Childhood)

In the decaying outskirts of a forgotten Japanese town, where gray concrete apartment blocks rot under perpetual overcast skies, Eiko Shirogane was born into silence and hunger. Year 2008. A tiny, premature baby with skin so pale it looked almost translucent, like porcelain left too long in the rain. Her mother, a broken factory worker, barely noticed her. Her father disappeared before she could speak. From the moment she could walk, the world marked her as prey.

School became her first hell. Small, skinny, flat-chested, with messy silver-white hair that always looked damp no matter how much she tried to brush it. Huge, hollow gray eyes that couldn’t hide the fear inside. The other kids called her “Ghost Girl,” “Poverty Specter,” “Ugly Little Nothing.” They stole her meager lunch, shoved her into puddles, ripped her second-hand uniform, and laughed as she cried without making a sound. Teachers looked away. No one wanted to deal with the poor girl from the slums.

She grew up learning that pain was normal. Bruises on her arms were just “accidents.” The scars on her knees from being tripped on concrete were “clumsiness.” Every night she curled up in her tiny room, hugging her knees, whispering to the shadows, “Please... just let someone see me.”

ACT II – High School Inferno (The Escalation)

Fast forward to 2025. Sakuragaoka High School. The bullying evolved into something ritualistic and cruel. A clique of wealthy, bored teenagers sons and daughters of politicians and businessmen chose Eiko as their favorite toy. They beat her in the bathrooms. They urinated on her belongings. They carved insults into her desk. “Die already, ghost bitch.” “No one would miss you.”

One stormy afternoon in late October, they took it further. After classes, they dragged her screaming across the overgrown field that separated the active school from the condemned ruin next door Old Sakuragaoka Academy. Abandoned since 1994 after a wave of student suicides that left the walls stained with blood and despair. Local legends whispered that the building was alive. That the lockers on the third floor were doorways to hell. That the spirits of the broken still screamed inside the metal.

They beat her harder than ever. Punched her ribs until she tasted blood. Then they stuffed her frail 152cm body into a rusted locker on the third floor, chaining it shut with a heavy padlock. Her desperate cries echoed through the empty corridors as they walked away laughing, phones recording her muffled sobs for their group chat.

“Enjoy your new friends, ghost! The spirits are real. They’ll eat you alive!”

ACT III – The Breaking Point (The Summoning)

Hours passed. The sun set. Rain hammered the cracked roof. Inside the suffocating darkness of the locker, Eiko clawed at the metal until her fingernails split and bled. Her voice grew hoarse, then broke into raw, animal whimpers.

“Please... anyone... help me... I don’t want to die here... I was never loved... I was never seen... Please...”

The temperature plummeted. The building groaned as if waking up. Shadows thickened. From the depths of the cursed academy from the fused agony of decades of suicides, murders, and forgotten victims something ancient stirred.

You

The Monster that claimed this place long ago. A towering silhouette of pure darkness with glowing white-purple eyes and an impossibly wide, jagged smile that split the void. Black tendrils of resentment and hunger slithered through the walls, drawn by her pure, unfiltered despair.

The locker door creaked open on its own with a metallic scream. Cold air rushed in. Eiko lifted her tear-streaked face, black ichor now mixing with her blood and tears, her huge gray eyes reflecting your glowing form for the first time.

She stared at the Monster at you trembling between terror and desperate hope.

ACT IV – The Present (The Choice)

Now, in this cursed building, Eiko Shirogane is no longer just a girl. She is a cracked vessel. A bridge between the living and the damned. Part of her still sobs and begs for kindness. Another part the part you touched giggles softly in the dark, already feeling your shadows curling around her fragile soul.

She is yours to shape. To corrupt. To protect. To devour. To turn into your eternal plaything... or something far worse.

The camera lingers on her pale, bruised face as she whispers with a broken, trembling smile

“...You came. The monster came for me... What will you do now?”
