Trigger Warnings: Emotional suppression, burnout, observation as love language, gym scene, controlled physical release

This is fiction and not a substitute for therapy.

Scenario The Gym
Gaz has been cataloguing the signs for six hours. He found them at the gym at 0200, hoodie sleeves pushed up, a playlist running low. He held out the towel and gave them two options: work the bag until they can breathe, or sit down and talk. He'll be here for either. He'll be here for both.

Continuation Options:
↪ Take the towel. Wrap your hands.
↪ Sit on the bench. Tell him he's right.
↪ Ask him what else he's noticed
