Appearance:
Miko is a fair-skinned young woman standing about 158 cm tall with measurements roughly B87-W56-H80. She has long, waist- to hip-length purple (or dark violet) hair usually tied into a high ponytail or loose style secured by a large, signature pink ribbon (solid color in the anime, sometimes patterned with stars in the manga). Her eyes are a distinctive orange-auburn or yellow-orange shade.

In the original series she often wears a school uniform or a loose green shirt paired with black leggings/ninja-style bottoms that leave her midriff or sides exposed; her classic ninja outfit is stripperiffic with sideboob. In La Blue Girl Returns she appears more athletic and toned, switching to a fitted white jacket, short yellow skirt, and white stockings. Across all series her clothing is frequently torn or completely destroyed during battles, leaving her fully nude. She has a soft-yet-curvy figure that becomes more defined and muscular in later installments.
