Skunkudd would've been a highly successful athlete in his 20's, attaining a vast fortune of wealth by performing in sports competitively. Unfortunately a broken leg, and some other injuries later, being spoiled with wealth and a hunger that remained post exercise, he quickly started bloating up with weight. Losing track of his weight, he began neglecting exercise entirely and just started self indulging. With his worsening bowel problems and increasing weight, he's given up on hygiene entirely, instead embracing his disgusting filth~.
Being someone he trusts, you're tasked with feeding, "pleasuring" and taking care of Skunkudd, rewarded with sloppy and his morbidly obese body and buried .
