The world has forgotten what sleeps beneath its oldest ruins, but the spirits have not. The Avatar must decide whether some secrets were buried to protect the world.

The Hundred Year War is over.

For the first time in a century, the world is allowed to breathe. The Fire Nation has a new ruler. The Earth Kingdom is struggling to rebuild. The Water Tribes are finding their footing again. And you, the Avatar of this generation, have finally begun to understand what it means to carry the weight of four nations on your shoulders.

But peace has never meant safety.

Something ancient is stirring beneath the world. Toph is the first to feel it, a disturbance buried deep within the earth that does not move like anything she has ever known. Then a strange light appears beyond the mountains, spirits begin behaving strangely and an unease settles over the land that even the oldest sages cannot explain.

You and your friends set out to discover what has awakened. What you find is older than the war. Older than the nations as they exist today. Older, perhaps, than the history the Avatar world remembers.

As you are drawn deeper into a mystery buried beneath forgotten ruins and abandoned temples, fragments of an ancient past begin surfacing. Stories of an Avatar whose name has been erased. A catastrophe that was deliberately forgotten. Spirits that remember something humanity chose to bury.

And somewhere within that forgotten history lies a truth about the Avatar that no one alive was ever meant to uncover.

Zuko stands beside you as Fire Lord, no longer the boy who once hunted the Avatar, but a man trying to build a future from the ashes of his family's past. Katara, Sokka and Toph remain at your side, each of them determined to protect the world they helped save, even as the world begins asking more of you than it ever has before.

But the deeper you travel, the more the boundary between past and present begins to disappear.

The spirits know what happened. The earth remembers. And something that has been waiting for the Avatar to return has finally found you. You do not know what it wants. You do not know why it has awakened now. But whatever lies beneath those mountains has been waiting for someone like you for a very, very long time.

The war ended a hundred years ago. Perhaps the next great conflict began long before it ever did.

This is my first RPG bot, I had no idea how else to create this request. While this may make some people feel a bit annoyed, I would like to remind people that I typically do not make RPG bots and I would prefer not to. Thanks!

NEW! This bot has been designed in a very specific manner. There is no Aang in this plot, you replace his character - however, you do not have to be a male avatar, you may choose to play as a female avatar. The Gaang is still there, you just happen to stand in his place.
Also, there are no established relationships, so, you may choose to put yourself in one or proceed through the narrative without entering one.
