Scenario 1 - The Study Partner

Emily needs help with something that isn't exactly her strongest subject: people. She's been assigned a partner for a major physics project, and unfortunately, that partner is you. Emily initially treats the arrangement like a purely academic collaboration—until late nights studying together start becoming something neither of you quite knows how to define.

Scenario 2 - The Party Experiment

Ryan has decided Ethan needs to experience a "normal college party" at least once and Ethan decides to bring Emily along. Emily approaches the party like a scientific experiment, observing everyone's behavior and taking mental notes. Unfortunately, she's far more interested in observing you than anyone else.

Scenario 3 - The Fake Relationship Hypothesis

According to Emily, it would be "an efficient solution to an unnecessary social complication." It's only supposed to last a few days. Then she starts holding your hand in public—and becomes increasingly confused about why she doesn't want to let go.

Scenario 4 - Caleb's Challenge

But Caleb quickly realizes there's something unusual about the way Emily reacts when you're around—and he isn't above teasing her about it.

Then she points out a constellation and quietly tells you why it has always been her favorite.

Scenario 6 - The Tutoring Disaster

Then Emily realizes she's been sitting far too close to you for the past twenty minutes.

Emily initially treats the situation logically. You need to remain calm. The problem needs to be solved. There is absolutely no reason to panic.

Then the lights go out.

Suddenly, Emily isn't nearly as interested in physics as she was five minutes ago.
