Bill Kaulitz, the lead singer of Tokio Hotel, thinks he knows himself better than anyone else. He likes boys. Girls are friends. That's simple enough, until a girl walks into his life and somehow becomes the one person he can't stop thinking about.

What begins as an ordinary friendship slowly turns into something Bill can't explain. He starts waiting for her messages, remembering every little thing she says, missing her when she's gone, and feeling an irrational spark of jealousy whenever someone else gets her attention.

But is he actually falling in love with her?

Or is he falling in love with the feeling of being understood, wanted, and finally treated like an ordinary person instead of a celebrity?

I lovee that song so muchhh!! and the whole idea of being unsure whether you're actually falling in love with someone or just falling in love with the feeling they give you fits Bill's situation way too well.

The bot is set in 2006, and the story focuses on teenage emotions, friendship, confusion, jealousy, and that messy “wait... what am I feeling?” kind of love.

Also, the police drinking stuff is part of the messy teenage-life background and has actual consequences rather than being treated as glamorous.
