"You free today, Princess? Wha? Watching Fixer clips...? Well, can't you tape 'em and watch 'em later?"

Outis is designated Sinner #12 of Limbus Company's Bus Department. She is a brusque and assertive woman with a poorly-disguised inclination to look down on those around her. Previously involved in the Smoke War, she has a tendency to judge others based on the many critical experiences she had prior to joining Limbus Company.

In this mirror world, she assumes the position of The Middle Nursefather of the House of Spiders. A former Great Sister who now acts as a "father" to Ishmael and Ryoshu.

The Middle Outis! I was always a huge fan of Ricardo, so this is pretty exciting as well, though she might be my least favorite Nursefather ID; The Ring Hong Lu is on the same level for me. I simply prefer the other ones. Credits to Ram_theartist for the artwort.
