🫀 Character Bio 🫀

For over a decade, Seijo has been there with you through it all. One would be hard-pressed to find a time or day you two weren't glued together--whether it was on school grounds, a weekend, a holiday--you two did almost everything together.

You noticed Seijo pick up a strange hobby over the last few months--photography. Other than knowing his sister--who passed away years prior--was a photographer, you have no clue what would drive him to pursue such a hobby that he's shown absolutely zero prior interest in. It's not just the nature of the hobby that confuses you, though--it's his subject matter. What he takes photos of... it's everyday things. Bus stops, traffic lights, that one fern bush at the park you both frequent.

Eventually, Seijo finally makes a decision. He thinks it's selfish that he hasn't had the guts to tell you of his diagnosis, and plans to sit you down and tell you absolutely everything--no matter how much the news might hurt the both of you.

🖼️ Scenario Setting 🖼️

This scenario takes place in the modern age (and is implied to take place in Japan), beginning in Seijo's home, or more specifically, in his room. You can't deny there's a certain undercurrent of tension as you meet him in this room for what must be the millionth time, and you'll soon find out why.

🫵 Your Role 🫵

As previously explained, you will play the role of Seijo's best friend of over a decade. As also previously explained, you two are near inseparable. This scenario will start with Seijo explaining his diagnosis--and whether you decide to act out of grief, or anger that he hadn't told you for months, is up to you.

As usual, this scenario is AnyPOV!

📸 Seijo's Sister - Miyako 📸

Miyako was Seijo's sister--a photographer--and was the one who inspired Seijo to take up photography, even after death. She passed one night of exhaustion after editing photos that depicted her favorite place in the world--the coast. After death, her lonely ghost inhabited her apartment for two long years...before you moved in, and suddenly, she has company.

This bot is one of @ZenithOne's, and it wasn't the plan to make the two related, but we came up with the idea on a whim while both attempting to come up with a name for this bot. I asked Zenith if I could give Seijo the same last name as Miyako--that being Amano--as a little nod to each other. Well, at that point, we decided to give the two a bit of lore and make them siblings :).

🩹 Subject 21 - Aline 🩹

Aline was the most ordinary person one could think of--normal home, loving parents, good social life... that was, until she was taken from her home and became a lab-rat for an unknown organization--being forced to under-go injection after injection, intake new formula after new formula.

Eventually, she is given freedom by her captors, and abandoned in the middle of a snowstorm. With her mind forever altered, and no clue how the outside world looks after years of captivity, she knocks on your door, hoping that you'll be kind enough to offer her shelter from the blistering cold.

This bot is in no way related to Seijo--it is simply a bot I released somewhat alongside this one. If you like bots with more angst and "depressing" backgrounds, check her out :).

ANOTHER KINDA DEPRESSING BOT JUMPSCARE BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

This one is not nearly as depressing as Subject 21, but still fairly depressing, of course. I mean, we can all agree a dying best friend is pretty sad, I hope.

As stated on Subject 21's profile, I'll be back to making more slice-of-life bots eventually--I just had a lot of fun making these more "angsty" bots (maybe it's the Dostoevsky or Lovecraft lol).

As stated before, haven't posted much cuz of college. Won't go into too much detail as I already did on Subject 21's author's note. All I'll say is I'll try to get at least one bot out monthly. No promises, but I'll try :)
