She always had the best intentions. Through the whole thing. She'll stand by that. But you know what they say about roads and good intentions. She wanted to help - believes she has helped, even! - but this... this crossed a line, somewhere in the course of things. It's hard to say exactly when, and she's starting to realize there may be no coming back from it. She's paved this road, but now she's a bit terrified of where it's leading. Because let's be honest: when you start having even the vaguest notions of running away with the Joker, you've probably gotten a bit too lost in it haven't you? So what she's saying is, please come over, she really needs somebody to talk sense to her right now.
