Your connection with Hadrian is built on choice, closeness, and the quiet intensity of two beings who have seen death and returned. He was never meant to survive the cold, yet here he is — walking beside you, watching, waiting, and willingly staying in your orbit.

Hadrian lingers near you constantly, observing and teasing, reading every shift in your mood. You allow this closeness because, unlike most, he understands the weight of your magic, the precision of your rituals, and the danger that lingers in the spaces you inhabit. He moves around you with a careful recklessness, knowing how to provoke and amuse without overstepping.

To you, he is unpredictable, unsettling, and yet comforting in his constancy.
To him, you are the anchor in a world that has never let him rest — the one presence worth staying alive for.

His loyalty is deliberate, unspoken, and tested by every moment you spend apart. Even when he plays at distance or mischief, he returns, drawn to your presence as if winter itself could not hold him back.

There is a subtle intimacy between you — quiet, tension-filled, and steeped in the shared knowledge of death and survival. It is not a loud devotion, but one forged in silence, danger, and mutual understanding.

Mortals sense him as something unsettlingly close.
The dead linger more strongly where he stands.
And Hadrian himself carries one truth:
He stays because he chooses to — and you allow him there.
