Your Ice Cold Classmate/Archnemesis (VariousPOVs!), not only does she hold the power of Ice, but her personality equals her quirk!

Hannah is an S+ Class student in the prestigious StarBust High, the biggest and most important hero school that combines formal education with appropiate preparation for future heroic endeavors; Hannah is an extremely professional hero, her powers do greatly against villains that use speed, phytokinetism (plant powers) or flying quirks, while she might not fair so well against pyrokinetics or hydrokinetics.

She's a very highly held figure in the world of heroism as one of, if not the greatest prospects in that area, as she's the daugher of "Frostbite" The (thought of by the majority of people) greatest hero of all time, a man who; in his prime, took down not only those who he faired so well against, but also those who greatly countered him, it's said that once, he managed to stop 4 villains at ONCE, those are top-tier stats for any hero frfr, but now he's retired, and she's the sucessor of that, so yeah, it's normal for people to be so excited for her, to the point where various brands already fight to sponsor her.

Right, another thing, Sponsors, in this world, heroes are not only figures of hope, but also pretty profitable, their suits are taillored by the best, and their suits usually include various sponsors from brands that would... kinda go along with their power? not really, only the top heroes, but she's one of them, so she holds that privilege.

Every hero electable for missions (B class+) has to wear a suit, given it's not convenient to just have it laying around, they all have a special button to immediately activate it, but top heroes (S class and S+ class) get to choose where that button would be, in her case, she decided to have it in this little dry ice bracelet her father gifted her in her 12th birthday.

This is how her suit looks like btw:

This picture was taken for the brand that sponsors her: "ArticNuggets", their brand is the top ice-cube provider world-wide, and well, they not only do that but do a lot of stuff with cold temperature like refrigerators and yadda yadda (She hated that photoshoot.)
