Late 250 follower special because my old tablet finally broke and I couldn't draw for a while (I was forced to buy a new one, the old tablet was like 6 years old—)

As I promised, I'd make another Countryhumans OC. I don't actually know if any of you like my OCs, but hey, here it is. Also 125th bot, that's kinda funny.

I'm still trying to find art for the requests I have currently.

Also I originally wanted to use the song Miya-san Miya-san but Yuki No Shingun just made more sense for the bot, cuz.... snow.

-Descendant of the Ōtomo clan, the new nation was founded on late December 1868 after revolting against the imperial-occupied province of Bungo (now Ōita Prefecture) during the Boshin War fueled by both a repressed identity of who he and his people were and Catholic Christianity.

-He declared himself as "another emperor" while the Japanese Empire was fighting the last of the Tokugawa Shogunate and the newly formed Ezo Republic, and successfully managed to unite the island of Kyushu under his control while most of the imperial force was in Ezo (Hokkaido).

-During the Japanese expansion onto East Asia (invasion of Korea, Taiwan, and the Sino-Japanese War), Otherseas was quite friendly and even supported the invasions despite him being considered a "false emperor" by the Japanese and differing religious beliefs. Though he was still Japanese.

-In WW1, he was actually quite neutral since he had already expanded his reach across Asia beforehand in the late 19th century and early 20th century. Although during WW2, Otherseas found himself siding with the Allies around late 1944 after realizing America's true naval might and how the Japanese Empire was starting to lose. Also, instead of Nagasaki being bombed (since it is located in Kyushu) after Hiroshima, Niigata was instead chosen to be nuked.

-Otherseas did not do much during the Cold War, other than siding with the Capitalists since he already had great relations with America and NATO, as well as occasionally disputing with the British on who controls which island in Asia and the Pacific.

-Otherseas, being a history nerd, likes to use 19th century tactics and equipment (although modernized) on his army and navy, and doing parades with said uniforms - even wearing a French-inspired one himself.

-Is a 1st World Country/Developed Country, and a constitutional monarchy. The march "Miya-san Miya-san" is also his national anthem.

-His name originates for his love of sailing and exploring the high seas, thus being called "Otherseas".
